Residential Warranty Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2024

At Entertainment Woodcraft, we stand behind the quality of our cabinets. To give you peace of mind and confidence in your investment, our comprehensive warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of your purchase. During this period, should you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, we are committed to resolving them promptly.

If you need assistance after the warranty expires, please contact us. We will always strive to provide the best support possible.

What is Covered
This warranty covers all aspects of your cabinets — including doors, drawers, shelves, and all hardware components such as hinges and drawer slides.

What is Not Covered
This warranty does not include:

• Normal wear and tear, or damage from impacts, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Environmental damage, including but not limited to, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Damage from using cleaning chemicals on the finish.
• Damage due to improper installation or assembly not performed by Entertainment Woodcraft or one of our authorized installers.
• Entertainment Woodcraft is not responsible for any measurements taken by another party.

Important Information
At Entertainment Woodcraft, we go to great lengths to ensure your wood products match beautifully. However, please keep in mind that each tree is unique, so slight variations may occur.

Your project will typically be made from a combination of solid wood and high-quality engineered materials to ensure both beauty and durability.

Claims Process
If you need to make a warranty claim, please reach out to us with a detailed description of the issue and photos. We reserve the right to inspect the issue in person to determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or even a prorated refund, depending on the situation.

Limitation of Liability
Entertainment Woodcraft will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our cabinets.

Changes to Warranty Policy
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time. Please stay informed by checking in with us occasionally.
